Reminiscent of his friendly rival, Mick Foley, hardcore legend
Terry Funk returned to the World Wrestling Federation under
a new persona---Chainsaw Charlie in 1997. Funk is known
around the world for his unique style of aggressive wrestling,
competing in every type of match imaginable--barbed wire,
exploding ring, etc. When Mick Foley emerged as Cactus Jack
to seek revenge against the New Age Outlaws, Funk was the
natural choice to join him. Following Cactus Jack's exit from
the Federation, he put an end to Chainsaw Charlie and
returned to Terry Funk in order to team with another 'hardcore
specialist' in Scorpio!
